As part of its efforts to improve the efficiency of the services provided to customers, Mwasalat has extended the operational timings of the city routes – Mabela-Ruwi, Ruwi-Muttrah – Muscat, Ruwi-Amerat and Ruwi-Wadi Kabir from 6am am to midnight from October 20. The last bus to Mabela bus will leave Ruwi at 12am, to Muttrah at 11.40pm, to Wadi Kabir at 11.55pm and Amerat at 11.40pm.

The new routes will help encourage everyone, especially citizens, to use public transport buses frequently over a longer period of time in a day. The company said the new move is based on feedback from public about the need to extend the timings of the operations.
